We act as a Software as a Service (SaaS) company and are located in Jakarta and Malang. The company aims to help businesses enhance their brand visibility online. cmlabs offers SEO consulting, content writing, content marketing, and products such as SERPs Trackers and other free SEO tools for webmasters.

Qualifications
  • Background in social media, digital media, or creative agency is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Social Media strategist or social media manager with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Deep understanding of Social Media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
  • Proficiency with Social Media analytics tools and management platforms
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
  • Understanding and experience with paid advertising on Social Media and ad campaign management is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to identify social media opportunities that drive brand awareness and communication strategy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with business goals, and stay up‑to‑date on emerging TikTok trends.
  • Analyze Social Media data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Create engaging and platform‑native Social Media content.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity on Social Media.
  • Monitor and engage with the Social Media audience, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Social Media strategies with overall marketing efforts.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations on Social Media performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
