Job summary

Job Description
  1. Content Scouting & Curation: Research and identify trending content, topics, and visual ideas that align with the brand’s tone and audience. Curate and recommend content concepts that can be adapted or localized for the brand’s social media. Stay up to date with current social media trends, hashtags, and best practices.
  2. Scheduling & Posting: Plan and schedule Instagram posts according to the content calendar. Upload and publish content with accurate captions, tags, and visuals. Ensure all posts meet brand guidelines and maintain consistent aesthetics.
  3. Copywriting (Visual & Caption): Write clear, engaging, and on‑brand copy for captions, visuals, and other Instagram materials. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency. Adapt tone and writing style according to campaign goals or target audiences. Manage and update the brand’s Instagram Broadcast Channel. Create and share regular updates, announcements, or product highlights to boost engagement. Ensure broadcast messages are aligned with overall communication strategy.
  4. Audience Engagement & Customer Interaction: Handle Social Media DMs, comments, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Provide product or service information to followers and potential customers. Forward relevant inquiries to the respective internal teams when necessary.
