A creative agency is seeking a Social Media Manager to handle content scheduling and community engagement across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling. AN.Told is a creative agency that transforms the way businesses tell their stories through powerful visual and narrative‑driven content. We specialize in photography, videography, social media management, and storytelling campaigns — working with chefs, creatives, and brands who value authenticity and craft.
Beyond client work, we run passion projects like The AN.Told Story, a documentary‑style platform that highlights underdog journeys and real stories from the creative and hospitality world. We’re also building AN.Told Apparel, a clothing line that’s not just stitched fabric but a wearable story of success, grit, and individuality.
Our mission is simple but bold: to connect people through stories that matter. We’re a small, agile team with a strong creative vision, working with some of the most talented chefs, brands, and creatives in Australia (and beyond).
Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Ensure posts are published on‑time, following the content calendar. Optimize captions, hashtags, tags, and post timings for engagement.
Actively engage with followers: reply to DMs, comments, story mentions. Initiate conversations with potential collaborators, chefs, creatives. Track and report on audience interactions (engagement, feedback, sentiment).
Organize raw content files (photos, videos, edits) from shoots. Upload approved assets to cloud storage and maintain a structured content library. Assist in creating Instagram Stories, Reels drafts (with guidance).
Research and suggest relevant trends, audios, and content ideas (aligned with AN.Told style). Help in outreach campaigns (e.g., connecting with chefs, influencers, potential clients). Support the execution of Meta Ads Campaigns (monitor comments, track leads).
Email management for general inquiries and collaborations. Calendar scheduling for meetings, shoots, and activations. Assist in preparing decks, proposals, and documents (based on provided structure). Track task lists and follow up on deadlines.
