SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (PART‑TIME, REMOTE)

About the Studio

Dua Pole Studio is a premium dance and performance studio offering high‑impact photography and videography.

Our daily content output is high, and we need a part‑time Social Media Manager to take our raw content and turn it into consistent, optimized social media growth.

About the Role

This is a remote, part‑time role (expected work 20 hours/week).

You will work with the on‑site content creator to collectively decide and obtain photo and video, together create and edit videos, and periodically publish material to help grow and promote the brand. You will manage the studio’s daily posting schedule, review and optimise content for growth, and ensure our brand image is consistent across all platforms.

You do not need to be in the studio.

You will receive a constant flow of BTS clips, photos and videos from our in‑house creative team to edit, also as requested by yourself for what you need.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and schedule daily posts (IG + TikTok)
  • Write captions, choose hashtags, and optimise for trends based on latest evolving criteria
  • Edit simple clips
  • Track analytics, report monthly performance
  • Maintain brand consistency
  • Suggest new content ideas and coordinate with the in‑house content creator
  • Communicate with the in‑studio team for required assets

What You Must Provide

  • Proven experience growing IG/TikTok pages with links and evidence
  • Understanding of hooks, retention and content optimisation
  • Strong English writing skills and fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience working remote
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, later.com, etc.)
  • A portfolio of accounts you have managed or grown
