Overview
You need to be the "Chief Director" of the Domino Festival's online presence. We are seeking a Full‑Stack Campaign Strategist to steer the entire season's social media battle. You will be responsible for everything from top‑level strategic planning to daily execution, coordinating with the Content Factory and KOL resources. Your goal is to achieve snowballing brand awareness through high‑quality organic content, thereby reducing the project's reliance on pure Paid User Acquisition (Paid UA).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Roadmap
- Campaign Planning: Define the full-season social media strategy for "Domino Festival." Clarify the roles and personas for each platform—TikTok (Main Stage), Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube. Plan the full‑cycle content rhythm covering the Teaser phase, Opening, Regular Season, Carnival, and Closing.
- Key Moment Detonation: Plan special communication tactics for core milestones (e.g., Opening Ceremony, Finals Night, Offline Carnival) to ensure the event generates nationwide buzz and discussion during critical moments.
- Dynamic Strategy Optimization: Regularly upgrade the campaign strategy and roadmap by synthesizing insights from historical data, evolving market trends, and user feedback, ensuring the plan remains agile and effective throughout the season.
Content Operation & Execution
- Weekly Delivery: Produce and execute the weekly Content Calendar, controlling the editorial direction and topics.
- Independent Production Capability: Operate independently without relying on vendors. In response to breaking trends or daily operations, complete high‑quality copywriting, short video editing (CapCut/Premiere), and basic graphic design to ensure timeliness.
- IP/Series Building: Create signature "Domino" social media series (e.g., Player Skits, Arena Vlogs, Fun Challenges) to cultivate user viewing habits.
Collaboration & Ecosystem
- Resource Integration: Act as the "Connector." Provide clear asset requirements to the "Content Production Team" while managing external KOL/KOC and community resources to form a unified promotional force.
- Community Management: Go beyond just posting; dive deep into communities (Discord/Telegram/IG Comments). Build high‑stickiness interactions with core players to create a vibrant community atmosphere.
Data & Growth
- Data‑Driven: Be accountable for Views, Engagement Rate, and Retention. Conduct regular data reviews to analyze which content drives organic growth.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 3‑5 Years of local social media operation experience in Indonesia. Must have a proven track record of managing Top‑tier Brand accounts or S‑Class Large‑scale Events.
- Preferred Background: Experience in local esports event/Brand/Media/Publisher industries.
Core Competencies
- Hybrid Mindset: Possess both a Strategic Brain and Execution Hands (strong "Internet Sense").
- Platform Expert: Deep mastery of Indonesian TikTok algorithms, IG visual aesthetics, and trending topics.
- Data Sensitivity: Ability to diagnose issues from data reports.
Language Proficiency
- Bahasa Indonesia: Native level (must understand memes/slang and write authentic local copy).
- English: Professional working proficiency.
- Mandarin: Strong plus (facilitates direct strategic alignment with the core HQ project team).
