Social Media Manager

Job Summary

ZODIAC GROUP is seeking a Social Media Manager to build and lead the digital presence of its newly established bar in Jalan Senopati. This role is suited for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands lifestyle and nightlife culture, and can translate brand identity into sharp, engaging digital content. You will be responsible for shaping Zodiac’s online voice, driving community engagement, and creating a digital narrative that reflects the spirit of the brand — bold, creative, and rooted in culture. The position requires strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to move fast while maintaining Zodiac’s aesthetic and tone.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the full social media strategy for the new Zodiac bar across all relevant platforms.
  • Lead content direction — planning, conceptualizing, and overseeing shoots and content creation.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, community engagement, and platform maintenance.
  • Craft compelling captions, storytelling, and communication that reflect Zodiac’s brand DNA.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content.
  • Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and increase engagement.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between digital strategy and on-ground activities.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and creators for high-quality visual output.
  • Manage social media coverage during events, launches, and special nights.
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across feed, stories, and all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience managing social media for lifestyle, nightlife, hospitality, fashion, or creative brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, brand identity, and social content trends.
  • Skilled in content direction, storytelling, and basic copywriting.
  • Comfortable working with creators, photographers, and visual teams to produce high-quality assets.
  • Analytical mindset — able to read insights, metrics, and platform performance to guide strategy.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with culture, community, and nightlife dynamics.
