About us: Heveya® is a sustainable sleep and wellness brand offering natural organic latex mattresses, pillows, bedding and mindful lifestyle products. We believe that deep, restorative rest is essential to wellbeing and we are passionate about creating moments that reconnect people with themselves.

You will lead our presence primarily on Instagram, while also developing and executing the Pinterest & LinkedIn strategy. You’ll ensure that our high‑end brand identity and aesthetics are consistently expressed across platforms and that content resonates with each market.

The markets involved are the UAE, Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong. You’ll be closely working with marketing teams from each market.

This role requires creativity, cultural awareness and an independent, proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media and Communication Strategy

·Develop and implement a social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn aligned with Heveya’s brand vision, tone and marketing calendar.

·Develop a communication strategy per country, ensuring messaging and content reflect each market’s audience, needs and priorities.

·Collaborate with the Global Head of Marketing to define key objectives, campaign directions and storytelling pillars.

·Maintain a clear monthly overview of planned content themes, campaigns and communication angles.

2. Monthly Reports and Action Plans

·Prepare monthly performance reports covering key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance.

·Based on these reports, develop a monthly action plan outlining recommendations, focus areas and improvements for the following month, ensuring insights are implemented.

·Track the results of implemented actions to assess effectiveness over time.

3. Market and Industry Monitoring

·Create monthly reports on social media and industry trends, including competitor activities, emerging formats and platform updates relevant to the wellness, sustainability and lifestyle sectors.

·Suggest new ideas or formats inspired by these findings to keep Heveya’s content innovative and current.

4. Community and Brand Engagement

·Actively engage with followers through comments, messages and interactions to develop and maintain meaningful relationships.

·Identify collaboration and influencer opportunities aligned with Heveya’s tone and values.

·Support event coverage and content capture when relevant.

5. Collaboration and Communication

·Work closely with the Global Head of Marketing to align content direction with the overall brand strategy.

·Coordinate with designers, photographers and country teams to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
