Job summary

PT Kompas Gramedia Group mencari content creator media sosial untuk menambah tim Kompascom. Peran ini meliputi pembuatan konten, penulisan naskah, riset tren, serta produksi dan unggahan video pendek ke kanal media sosial perusahaan.

Posisi ini berlokasi di Surakarta dengan kontrak kerja. Pelamar diharapkan mampu bekerja secara on-site dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk menyampaikan rencana kepada klien maupun tim internal.

Qualifications

• Lulusan S1 dari semua jurusan, lebih disukai yang berlatar komunikasi/jurnalistik.
• Gairah pada berita & tren media sosial, dengan pola pikir kritis dan kreatif.
• Familiar dengan platform media sosial sebagai kreator aktif (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Keterampilan bercerita yang kuat, dapat membuat konten menarik & bisa dibagikan.

Responsibilities

• Buat konten untuk sosial media Kompascom.
• Pitch cerita harian yang relevan dengan audiens Kompascom di media sosial.
• Tulis naskah yang menarik dan rangka cerita singkat, dengan riset mendalam.
• Riset tren media sosial baru dan hashtag yang relevan.
• Produce, shoot, edit, dan upload video pendek ke saluran media sosial Kompascom.
• Menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk mempresentasikan rencana strategis kepada klien dan tim internal.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Create content for Kompascom's social media.
• Pitch stories daily that resonate with Kompascom's audience on social media.
• Write compelling scripts and concise story, including in-depth research.
• Research new social media trends and hashtags.
• Produce, shoot, edit, and upload short videos to Kompascom's social media channels.
• Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• A bachelor's degree from all majors, preferably those with a background in communication, journalism, or related fields.
• Passion for news-making and social media trends, with a critical and creative mind.
• Familiar in using social media platforms as active creator, such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and shareable content.
• Basic video production and editing skills (Canva, Capcut).
• Living in Surakarta or surroundings.
