A digital marketing agency in Jakarta is looking for a talented Social Media Officer to manage content and community engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate has at least a year of experience in social media roles and possesses a strong understanding of digital trends. This is a WFH-friendly position with a fun and creative team culture.
Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging and on‑brand content. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interactions (comments, DMs, mentions). Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for growth. Stay updated with the latest digital trends and propose creative campaign ideas.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Content Specialist, or related role (experience in an agency is highly preferred). Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and digital trends. Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice. Comfortable working independently in a Work From Anywhere / Mostly Work From Home setup.
