Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform behavior (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Comfortable managing multiple creators and coordinating large-scale content uploads.
  • Solid grasp of engagement metrics (including ER).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized with strong calendar & deadline management.
  • Ability to review/filter content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Experience managing influencers/creators.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or science communication is a plus.
  • Strong English proficiency (spoken & written).
Job Responsibilities
  • Create monthly & campaign-based content briefs for community creators.

  • Review content format, accuracy, captions, and brand alignment.
  • Maintain the content calendar for community-driven posts.
  • Monitor ER, reach, saves, shares, and other key metrics.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
  • Support community rewards, recognition programs, and special events.
