About the job Social Media & Brand Creative Manager

Our client, a leading artisan bakery in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Social Media & Brand Creative manager.

This role will oversee key marketing functions, including social media strategy, brand campaigns, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and astrong aesthetic sense to develop engaging and inspiring digital content.

The ideal candidate for the Social Media & Brand Creative Manager role brings an exceptional background in production and a well-established network of creative professionals. This includes visionary photographers, innovative film directors, and cutting-edge artists, enabling the development of high-impact and visually captivating content.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of social media marketing (management and content creation) experience with corporate brands or agencies; knowledge of restaurant industry marketing a plus
  • High level of proficiency with social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and other social planning and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe platforms, Canva, Photoshop
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eye for detail and design aesthetics
  • AI knowledgeable/friendly
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment & meet changing deadlines on multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Works well under pressure and has a flexible and positive attitude
  • In-depth understanding of relevant and upcoming social media

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and execute engaging content across all social media platforms for brand growth.
  • Monitor performance analytics, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and curate high-quality, visually striking photography, videography, and written content.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaigns that reflect the brand's identity and values.
  • Oversee the production of short films, reels, and storytelling pieces to highlight products, services, and cultural initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the creative community, including artists, influencers, and cultural organizations.
  • Foster an authentic and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Plan and execute community-driven initiatives, such as workshops, meetups, and social activations.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative events and activations that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Use events to amplify brand storytelling, drive foot traffic, and generate social media buzz.
  • Regularly report on social media and event performance, analyzing metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Set and track KPIs for engagement, growth, and community satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
  • Leverage an extensive network to bring unique opportunities and partnerships to the brand.
