You will oversee processing steps, sanitation, and adherence to SOPs, halal standards, and food safety protocols. You will guide operators, report issues to supervisors, and help maintain basic records for daily reporting, within Indonesian facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily slaughterhouse operations and work execution.
• Support monitoring of processing, cleaning, and sanitation activities.
• Help ensure compliance with SOPs, halal, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain basic operational records and assist in reporting.
