Responsibilities
  • Handling administrative related to HR (Payroll, Welfare, Training & Recruitment)
  • Support recruitment and training process
  • Assist in organizing company internal event
  • Check and summarize employee absence data regularly.
  • Create simple reports to help track attendance
Qualifications
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree from Management, Finance/Accounting, Psychology
  • Demonstrate advance Ms. Office capability (especially Ms. Excel & Power Point) with basic formula
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
