What you will do:

To ensure the property’s facilities, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely by performing preventive maintenance and timely repairs to support uninterrupted guest services.

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and property infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from operational teams.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and manage the usage of maintenance tools and spare parts.
