We are looking for a Site Supervisor (ACS) who can bridge office design intent with field execution — ensuring that what is built on‑site truly reflects the consultant’s design integrity.

Your Role

• Supervise and monitor the implementation of architectural, civil, and structural works to ensure full compliance with approved design and consultant standards.
• Coordinate closely with contractors to verify that site execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality expectations.
• Identify and report deviations between design and actual site conditions, and provide technical feedback for corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections, verify materials, and ensure works comply with safety and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with internal design engineers, project managers, and clients to support effective project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising architectural and structural works, preferably in consultancy‑managed projects.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, technical details, and construction methods.
• Skilled in site coordination, inspection reporting, and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork across multidisciplinary environments.
