What you'll be doing

• Manage the daily operations of the sports facility, including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance
• Organise and coordinate a range of sports and recreational activities for our customers
• Oversee the safety and security of the facility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Manage and develop a team of sports and customer service staff, providing training and support as needed
• Liaise with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver excellent service
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the facility's performance and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on the facility's operations and financial performance
