Site Senior Supervisor - Construction (Housing) - Depok (B-124834)

Our client is a Construction (Housing) company. Currently, they are looking for Site Senior Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the construction team and managing the maintenance of Depok (Sawangan) project.
• Review cost estimates (RAB) submitted by QS staff and supervise construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
• Provide direction and advice regarding construction drawings prepared by the design staff.
• Coordinate with contractors for project procurement and submission processes.
• Handle technical issues on-site and ensure the quality of work meets established standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related engineering field.
• High conversational English or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Supervisor for landed housing projects.
• Able to perform structural calculations & create construction drawings; knowledgeable about materials, construction methods, and facility installation according to SNI standards.
• Experienced in quality control, project budgeting, and schedule management.
• Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Willing to be placed in Sawangan, Depok (project site).
