Job Description
As a Site Project Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing all project phases from initiation to completion.
- Planning and scheduling project activities, including developing timelines, setting deadlines, and assigning tasks to contractors.
- Coordinating and collaborating with the Project Manager in the Germany office and contractors at the job site.
- Ensuring adherence to the project budget and monitoring all related expenses.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to track progress, assess quality, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Addressing issues or conflicts that arise during the project and taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to keep them updated on project status and to address any concerns.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Project Coordinator should have:
- Experience in project coordination within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- English fluency and international stakeholder management is a must.
- Chemical background is a plus
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
