Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Farm Coordinator to lead day-to-day cross-functional operations at one of our large-scale livestock sites in Indonesia. You will coordinate Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration to ensure smooth execution of SOPs and priorities.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong workforce coordination, problem-solving skills, and disciplined communication across remote sites.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
3+ years of experience in modern farming operations or related field.
Proven experience handling cross-department coordination and workforce management.
Strong SOP understanding and disciplined operation management.
Experience in remote or site-based environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations across multiple departments.
Lead operational coordination between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, HRGA, Maintenance, Security, and Administration teams.
Support workforce planning, attendance, onboarding, scheduling, and discipline with HR teams.
Oversee facilities including staff housing, utilities, sanitation, canteen, transport, and general affairs.
Ensure documentation, inventory reporting, incident records, and reports are submitted on time.
Monitor inventories, stock requests, and internal logistics.
