Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing on‑site project execution to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all activities at the project site
- Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all work is carried out according to technical drawings and project specifications
- Prepare daily and monthly project reports
- Monitor material and equipment usage on site
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (HSE) standards throughout project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience as a Site Manager or similar position
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding project specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned to project sites
- HSE or Professional Certification (SKA) is a plus
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written (Korean language skills are a plus)
Site Manager (Mechanical / Civil Engineering)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Able to operate computers
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Hand Sketch / 3D SketchUp and other supporting software
- Ready to work on deadlines and work together in a team
- Have Driving License A & C
- Detail, thorough, honest and responsible
- Willing to be placed in all project locations throughout Indonesia
Job Responsibilities
Manpower Settings
- Prepare, propose and fulfill the need for the number of manpower in accordance with the volume of work in the field, in coordination with the Site Manager and HRD at Head Office
- Prepare all needs by manpower in the field of meal, accommodation, transportation in coordination with Site Manager and Purchasing at Head Office
- Monitor the presence of manpower in the field, with daily attendance monitoring
Machine / Work Tools
- Prepare, propose and fulfill the need for work tools needed for work in the field, in coordination with the Site Manager and Purchasing parties at Head Office
- Monitor the use of work tools as needed and their recording and maintenance
Material Availability
- Monitor and make plans for material requirements needed for the work of at least the next one month, coordinating with Site Manager and Purchasing Head Office
Work Methods
- Coordinate with all internal teams, vendors, so that it is agreed on the plan of work methods to be implemented, and targets can be achieved properly
- Responsible for the occupational safety and health of the team at the job site
- Responsible for the availability of work tools, materials, which are needed for the work process in the field
- Responsible for actual receiving material
- Responsible for the actual progress of work implementation, both internal and external calculations (vendors)
Other Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation and implementation of the Management System
- Carry out other tasks from Project Manager related to site operations
Sports Site Manager / Sports Site Supervisor
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the daily operations of the sports facility, including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance
- Organise and coordinate a range of sports and recreational activities for our customers
- Oversee the safety and security of the facility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage and develop a team of sports and customer service staff, providing training and support as needed
- Liaise with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the facility's performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on the facility's operations and financial performance
