Job summary

Job Purpose: Responsible for carrying out day-to-day operational activities to ensure that all project deliverables for customers are executed in accordance with the agreed contract and KPIs. This role also includes preparing and submitting regular reports to the Project Manager.

  • Support for project activity needs to ensure smooth daily operations, with a focus on project performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of all project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly operational fund requests and perform settlements.
  • Handle revenue accruals and estimate project volumes accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical inquiries and architectural drawings from international clients to understand project needs.

  • Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and a strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural/construction drawings.
  • Proven capability in cost estimation.
