About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer MEP to join our team at CV.Alolla Rezki Jayadipa', a leading engineering firm based in Bali. As Site Engineer MEP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our exciting projects. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards
• Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient execution of MEP work
• Identify and resolve technical issues, making recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and quality assurance records
• Collaborate with the design team to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Provide on-site guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks effectively
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and potential solutions

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer MEP or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, installation, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Proficient in engineering software such as:
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Project / Primavera
  • SAP2000 / ETABS (for structural projects)
  • Knowledge of construction methods and building materials
  • Understanding of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field
