We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at CV.Alolla Rezki Jayadipa' in Bali. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of all on-site activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the successful completion of our projects while upping the highest safety and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve any technical challenges and implement design changes as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality work.
