Job summary

A leading retail company in Indonesia is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to oversee new store openings. This role involves planning and identifying new locations, conducting feasibility studies, and maintaining legal requirements with landlords. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience in site acquisition, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. The position is based in Pluit and may require travel for site visits.

Qualifications

Planning, Identifying and Finding location for opening new store

Propose and analyze traffic survey of new store expansion

Prepares feasibility studies and market profile of the identified sites with Financial Planning

Prepare New Store Proposal and the supportive data to propose to management

Review the agreement or Letter of Intent including drafting rental agreement

Maintain the administrative legal requirements with landlord for renewal or new store

Planning & mapping potential area for retail location

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Minimum 2 years of experience in Site Acquisition, preferably in the Retail (preferably with a retail smartphone)

Fluent in English and MANDARIN is a plus

Strong analytical skills in market assessment, financial feasibility, and consumer demographics

Proven experience in the retail industry and in opening a store in a mall is a must

Deep understanding of licensing, permits, and retail regulatory frameworks

Effective project management, stakeholder coordination skills, and strong problem-solving skills
