Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a SISM Project & Engineering Staff to drive cost-effective procurement for maritime services and to build strategic vendor partnerships across our Indonesian network.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering, 0–6 months of experience, fluent English, and knowledge of vendor management and negotiation. You will help implement an Integrated Management System and support our QSHE and information security initiatives.

Drive cost-effective procurement strategies for maritime services while optimizing expenditure.2. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key contractors and suppliers.3. Ensure strict adherence to internal company procedures, QSHE standards, TMSA guidelines, OCIMF requirements, IMO resolutions, and ISO frameworks.General Responsibilities1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.**Qualifications**1. Bachelor's Degree in any major (Engineering background in **Naval Architecture** or **Marine Engineering** preferred).2. 0-6 months of relevant experience.3.
