Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement policies aligned with corporate goals.
- Design procurement strategies to meet business needs efficiently and effectively.
- Manage full procurement cycle: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, delivery, and performance review.
- Build strong supplier partnerships and ensure top-quality vendor management.
- Oversee procurement budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and manage procurement-related risks, including supply, quality, pricing, and legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with corporate ethics and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team using CODA and Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Develop the team's capabilities and prepare succession planning within the organization.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain, with at least 7 years in a senior managerial or head of department/division role.
- Strong track record in developing procurement strategies, vendor management, and cost optimization at a corporate or regional level.
- Demonstrated experience managing large procurement budgets and negotiating high-value, complex contracts.
- Deep knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance standards, contract law, and risk management.
- Familiarity with digital procurement systems (e.g., ERP, VMS, e-Procurement tools) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align procurement function with corporatestrategy.
