Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Raw Material & Weighing Coordinator to lead raw material operations and supervise warehouse activities. This role is based in Ciracas, East Jakarta, and requires a Bachelor of Engineering degree in relevant fields.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing, familiarity with raw materials, and expertise in WMS and ERP systems. Shifting working hours are required.

Qualifications

• Min 3-4 years' experience as Staff Senior/Coordinator Raw Material & Weighing in cosmetics/pharmaceutical manufacture.
• Familiar with raw materials in cosmetics and weighing process in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience overseeing more than 20 operators in a warehouse area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control all raw material activities in the warehouse.
• Arrange labor allocation for raw material activities.
• Monitor stock of raw materials stored in the warehouse.
• Provide Monthly Stock Take and Weekly Cycle Count.
• Monitor WMS and ERP for all transactions.
• Track quantity and age of stock, implement effective warehouse management.
• Ensure consistent supply of production raw materials.
