Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SHE implementation in high-risk industries.
• AK3 certification from the government; POP certification preferred.
• Understanding of Mining Safety, Marine Safety, and/or Plant Safety is preferred.

• Maintain, monitor, and review daily operations and facilities to ensure employee safety and compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations, and projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and present SHE training and SHE induction to enhance safety awareness among Head Office employees.
2. Conduct inspections on statutory, fire, and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
3. Inspect project facilities, equipment, and observe operations and activities to ensure compliance with company's safety regulations.
4. Support safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions, and submit recommendations to management.
5. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs, including SHE Management System, to ensure effectiveness and compliance with standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMKP.

Education

Diploma Degree in any major.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SHE implementation in high-risk industries.
• Hold AK3 certification from the government (POP certification is preferred).
• Understanding of Mining Safety, Marine Safety, and/or Plant Safety is preferred.
• Ability to conduct presentations.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet objectives.
• Good communication and innovative thinking skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
