Accelleron Industries in Jakarta seeks a hands-on Service Specialist with turbocharging expertise to support installation, maintenance, repairs and retrofits on site at customer locations. You will identify issues, perform welding on mechanical or rotating components, and coordinate parts and safety practices to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires a diploma in mechanical-related fields and a proactive approach to service excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the turbocharging field.
• Hands-on welding experience, preferably on mechanical or rotating equipment components.
• Practical knowledge of turbocharger maintenance, repair, overhaul and component inspection.

They perform tasks that are well defined and predictable and comprise defined steps within a larger process.Your responsibilities:Service Delivery: Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end of life services, replacements, etc.,)Customer Approach: Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.Materials & Supply: Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities.Documents & Reports: Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.Troubleshooting: Proactively identifies potential equipment failures and requests proactive corrective actions Troubleshoots equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.Operational Excellence: Proactively identifies suggestions for product and quality improvement and communicates them further in the Accelleron organization Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.Health, Safety and Integrity: Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities Reports unsafe practices and incidents.Your background:Minimum 3 years of experience in the turbocharging field.Strong hands-on experience in welding, preferably on mechanical or rotating-equipment components.Practical knowledge of turbocharger maintenance, repair, overhaul, and component inspection.Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, Fabrication, or a related technical discipline.Your benefits:Attractive compensation & benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramGlobal parental leave programWe look forward to receiving your application.
