Rentokil Initial is looking for a Service Supervisor to oversee our service technicians in the West Jakarta area. You will ensure smooth field operations, coordinate customer service activities, and report on service outcomes to clients.

A Bachelor degree plus at least 1 year in a related role is required, along with a driving license and willingness to travel locally. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to service delivery, with fluency in
