Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive supervisor to manage our service technicians and maintain strong relations with customers in Batam. This role focuses on supervising field staff, ensuring service quality, and reporting on customer service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree in Entomology or related field, has at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driving license, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Batam Branch experience is preferred.
