Job Description
  1. Providing all customer cash and non-cash financial transaction services such as: deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, and bill payments for all Bank products and services in accordance with applicable provisions and procedures
  2. Performing Open Till and Close Till
  3. Ensuring the correctness and legitimacy of customers' cash and non-cash transactions
  4. Ensuring that each cash counting process has been carried out correctly
  5. Detecting money whose authenticity is doubtful
  6. Report immediately to the Head Service Assistant/SBM/SBS if there is a discrepancy and make an Minutes of Cash Differences if there is a cash discrepancy that is not caused by a rounding difference
  7. Do Cash In and Cash Out to/from Head Service Assistant/SBM
  8. Perform ATM replenishment in accordance with applicable regulations
  9. Conducting Cross Selling of Bank products and services
  10. Make reports related to the Service Assistant work unit
  11. Supporting the tasks of the Orisco, QA, Internal/External Audit teams in conducting inspections related to the Service Assistant work unit
  12. Carry out all tasks in accordance with the SLA and Service Quality Standards set by the Head Office
