• Execute daily technical SEO tasks, including structured data implementation, Core Web Vitals improvements, on-page optimization (title/meta/heading/internal links/images), and content formatting.
• Improve content quality signals such as expertise, trust, and credibility.
• Ensure all optimization work meets internal quality and accuracy standards.
• Follow established playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and QA processes consistently.
• Support Senior SEO Optimizers on advanced or complex tasks.
• Provide clear task updates and flag blockers to the Service Manager.
• Collaborate with the Head of Optimization to improve workflows and technical playbooks.
• Identify technical issues that hinder execution and propose solutions or escalate appropriately.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Technical SEO, SEO Specialist, or related optimization roles.
• Strong understanding of: Structured data & schema, Core Web Vitals, On‑page SEO, Content optimization
• “Executor mindset”, enjoys detailed technical work.
• Proficient with key industry tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb
• Systems‑thinking, detail‑oriented, and engineering‑minded.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
