About the Hiring Company

PT Meja Tiga Rasa is a Bali-based organization with two key business lines: a modern restaurant and a global digital investment division. As part of our digital portfolio, we also support international platforms through content, SEO, and operational teams. One of our partners is TherapyDen, a leading mental-health directory and resource hub in the U.S.

We are currently hiring an SEO Editor who will be fully dedicated to managing and scaling the content operations for TherapyDen.

Role Overview

As the SEO Editor, you will transform therapist-submitted materials into high-quality, search-optimized blog content. You will be responsible for content optimization, structure, tone, internal linking, and publication. Later, you will also convert raw therapist notes into complete, SEO-ready articles.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Optimize & Publish Existing Content (Priority Stage)

Collect therapist-written materials (articles, guides, resources).

Rewrite, edit, and enhance content for SEO: structure, keywords, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, FAQs, LLM optimization.

Ensure alignment with TherapyDen’s voice (warm, empathetic, approachable).

Format and publish content inside the CMS with clean layout and final checks.

Phase 2 – Create Full Articles From Therapist Notes (Later Stage)

Review raw therapist notes and bullet-point answers.

Expand them into full, well-structured blog posts.

Apply SEO best practices consistently.

Prepare content fully for publication.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SEO writer/editor, ideally in health, psychology, or wellness.

Strong ability to rewrite, simplify, and structure content while preserving expert insights.

Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword usage, internal linking, metadata).

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).

Excellent English writing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent, empathetic tone.

Ability to work efficiently with multiple drafts and deadlines.

Experience with mental-health content or clinical terminology is highly preferred.
