Job summary

Techconnect.id in Jakarta seeks a seasoned wealth management professional to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients as their trusted advisor. You will understand clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and life-stage needs to design personalized wealth plans.

You will recommend suitable investment products, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and proactively share market insights while aiming to grow AUM and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of wealth management or private banking experience.
• Proven track record of growing client portfolios (AUM or revenue).
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid certifications (e.g., WPPE/CSPA in Indonesia; CFA/CFP is a plus).
• High integrity, professionalism, and client-first mindset.
• Fluent in English; local market network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients as their trusted advisor.
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and life-stage needs for personalized wealth planning.
• Recommend suitable investment products and solutions (mutual funds, bonds, structured products, etc.).
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and communicate market insights to clients.
• Achieve and exceed targets related to assets under management (AUM), revenue, and client acquisition.
• Identify referral opportunities and expand the client base through networking and client advocacy.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, KYC requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
