Job summary

Design Marketing Studio (DMS) is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer who can transform raw footage into polished, brand-ready content for digital platforms. This is a pure editing and motion role—no on-site shooting—and requires strong creative judgment and systems thinking.

You will own editing workflows, create motion graphics in After Effects, mix audio, color correct in Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve, and develop scalable templates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional editing and motion experience.
• Produce work meeting US-market creative standards and timelines.
• Think in systems and scalable workflows with independent ownership.
• Curious about emerging AI tools while maintaining creative control.

Responsibilities

• Editing long-form and short-form video for digital platforms.
• Audio editing, sound design, and music integration.
• Create motion graphics and animation using After Effects.
• Color correction and finishing in Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve.
• Build reusable templates and scalable editing systems.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for transcription and rough cuts.
• Maintain high aesthetic standards aligned with US-market expectations.
