Job summary

BookCabin is seeking an exceptional Video Editor with a strong cinematography background to lead the creative process from raw footage to final cinematic output. You will edit campaigns and branded storytelling, shaping mood and rhythm while pushing boundaries of visual storytelling.

The role demands 5+ years of proven experience, a standout portfolio, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor with strong cinematography skills.
• Portfolio/reel showcasing cinematic storytelling, advanced editing, and color grading.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (for color), and other editing tools.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and camera movements.
• Ability to create mood and emotional depth through editing rhythm.
• Experience with motion graphics/animation is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under deadlines.
