PT Hankook Tire Indonesia seeks a skilled engineer to operate critical utility systems at its West Java site, focusing on energy efficiency, boiler management, and preventive maintenance for chillers, compressors, and related equipment.

You will plan budgets for service, materials, and energy use, perform routine inspections, and generate reports on maintenance and WWTP/fuel energy. Fluency in English and proficiency with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/SAP are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in utility.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks and SAP.
• Familiar with 450 RT Chillers and 650 KW Turbo Compressors.
• Fluent in English for office.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor 450 RT Chillers and 650 KW Turbo Compressors.
• Plan and monitor efficient Gas and Steam usage.
• Planning budget allocation for service, materials, and energy consumption.
• Boiler management report (Maintenance, WWTP, Fuel & Energy).
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting for all utility equipment.

Operate and monitor 450 RT Chillers and 650 KW Turbo Compressors, including Turbo Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Cooling Towers, and Pumps

Planning and monitoring efficient Gas and Steam usage

Planning budget allocation for service, materials, and energy consumption

Boiler management report (Maintenance, WWTP, Fuel & Energy)

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting for all utility equipment

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all utility systems

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5 years experience in utility

Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks and SAP

Familiar with 450 RT Chillers and 650 KW Turbo Compressors

Fluent in English for office
