Electrum is seeking a Senior Treasury Staff to manage day-to-day treasury activities and ensure liquidity for business operations. You will oversee cash flow, forecast accuracy, and treasury processes while coordinating with AP, Finance, Legal and Ops to provide treasury insights.

The role requires 4–5 years in finance/treasury with ERP improvement experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Start-up exposure is a plus in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1) from a reputable university.
• 4–5 years of experience in finance, treasury, and ERP improvement.
• Past experiences in a start-up or similar environment are preferable.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, effectively & a team player as well.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions
• Prepare cash forecasts and variance analysis
• Execute fund transfers, loan drawdowns, and repayments
• Prepare LC and hedging arrangements
• Coordinate with AP for payment scheduling
• Maintain bank account administration and documentation
• Prepare treasury dashboards and management reports
• Support FX transactions and bank negotiations
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of treasury transactions
• Assist with closing for Inventory, COGS, Fixed Assets and GL entries
• Involve in finance projects (ERP, automation, etc)
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Ops on treasury insights
• Liaise with external auditors to support audits
