In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ticketing operations, ensuring seamless travel planning and booking for our valued customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling a wide range of domestic and international ticketing requests, including air, train
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the booking process
• Monitoring and updating airline schedules, fares, and availability to offer the best options to customers
• Resolving any ticketing‑related issues or inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborating with the broader travel team to deliver comprehensive travel solutions
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all ticketing transactions
• Identifying opportunities to improve ticketing processes and enhance the customer experience

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior ticketing or reservations role within the hospitality and tourism industry
• Extensive knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing, booking systems, and industry regulations
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using computerised reservation systems and office productivity software
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
