Are you a passionate expert in garment fit and construction, driven by a commitment to excellence? We are looking for a strategic Senior Technologist to become the cornerstone of quality for our iconic brands. In this pivotal role, you won't just approve samples, you'll be the key technical authority ensuring every product we deliver exceeds our customers' expectations for fit, comfort, and durability.

This is a unique opportunity to lead, innovate, and directly influence the quality standards across our product categories, collaborating with a global network of designers, vendors, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Fit & Construction Excellence: Champion the brand's fit DNA by leading fit sessions on live models, providing expert technical feedback to ensure consistency and superior comfort across all product lines.
• Own the Quality Gateway: Manage the entire sample approval process from initial prototype to final pre‑production stage, making critical go/no‑go decisions to uphold our standards.
• Drive Technical Innovation: Develop and refine detailed technical packages, including construction specs, measurement charts, and grading rules, serving as the ultimate resource for technical documentation.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Proactively analyze and resolve complex fit and construction issues, implementing effective solutions that enhance garment performance and manufacturability.
• Elevate Our Supply Chain: Partner directly with vendors and factories worldwide through quality audits and process reviews, fostering collaborative relationships, driving continuous improvement, and significantly reducing defects.
• Mentor and Influence: Act as a technical mentor to vendors and internal cross‑functional partners (Design, Merchandising, Sourcing), ensuring alignment on quality and fit objectives from concept to delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Apparel Design, Textile Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in garment fit, technical design, and quality assurance, including experience in a leadership or senior‑level capacity.
• Deep, hands‑on expertise in garment construction, pattern making, grading, and manufacturing processes.
• A proven track record of conducting successful fit sessions and factory quality audits.
• A sharp problem‑solver with excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• An exceptional communicator who can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with technical specification software (PLM).
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are highly valued.

This is a role from sourcing company in Apparel / Garment industry. The role is required to work from home with frequent travelling within Philippines factory visits.
