Job summary

PT Newton Education Indonesia in North Jakarta seeks a Senior FAT to join our internal team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field, and bring strong FAT/Tax experience to manage corporate and personal tax obligations.

Responsibilities include preparing and filing Corporate Annual Tax Returns, Individual Tax Returns for Directors, ensuring tax compliance across multiple entities, performing tax reconciliation, supporting tax audits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor3s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years FAT/Tax experience or 3 years in a Tax Consultant firm.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation, including PPh, PPN, and related tax regulations.
• Experience with tax applications (e-Faktur, e-SPT, Coretax).
• Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
• Basic Mandarin proficiency is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Corporate Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan).
• Prepare and file Individual Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan OP) for Directors.
• Manage tax compliance and obligations for multiple entities under PT Newton Education Indonesia.
• Perform tax reconciliation between General Ledger and tax reports.
• Support tax audits and ensure complete documentation.
• Conduct tax analysis and provide input for tax planning and strategy.
• Ensure all tax obligations are calculated, reported, and paid on time.
