Job description
Overview

Responsible for all aspects of tax compliance, planning, audit support, and collaboration with finance and external partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file monthly tax returns for VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT) articles 21/26, 23/26, 4(2), hotel and restaurant tax (PHR) and corporate income tax.
  • Prepare and file annual corporate and individual income tax returns, ensuring full compliance with all annual reporting requirements.
  • Reconcile tax accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper record keeping for audit purposes.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory to optimize tax liabilities and advise management on tax‑related issues and opportunities.
  • Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain confidential information.
  • Work with external auditors and tax consultants as needed, and provide training and support to internal teams on tax matters.
