- 5+ years in strategic/management consulting or talent/people operations in a multinational
Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and align talent priorities with company strategy
- Coordinate key activities in performance management
- Analyze talent patterns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Prepare analyses on pipelines, succession, and development needs for key roles
- Support design and delivery of practical talent practices and tools
- Facilitate talent and performance discussions with leadership and HRBP partners
