Responsibility
  • Handling recruitment end to end (Tech & Corporate) from sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, until offering negotiation
  • Maintain hiring managers expectation and act as talent advisor to achieve hiring goals based on the talent market intelligence
  • Identify areas for improvement in the recruiting process to hire high-quality talent faster
  • Doing recruitment project management to standardize and implement recruitment best practice
  • Leveraging data to influence & educate hiring managers to make the best hiring decision
  • Drive hiring plans forward in the middle of ambiguity environment, and make swift decision based on available resources
Requirements
