Kantor Akuntan Publik Kanel & Rekan in Tangerang, Banten invites an experienced Senior to Supervisor / Assistant Manager for External Auditor to join our audit team. This full-time role focuses on planning, executing, and completing external audits for a diverse client base.

As a Senior to Supervisor / Assistant Manager, you will supervise staff, ensure quality work, and stay updated with accounting standards and regulations to provide practical recommendations to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution and completion of external audit engagements for a diverse range of clients.
• Analyse and evaluate financial data, internal controls, and accounting processes to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare/review audit reports, working papers, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with clients to gather information, clarify queries, and ensure a smooth audit process.
• Supervise and train junior members of the audit team, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior to Supervisor / Assistant Manager for Auditor External to join our dynamic team at Kantor Akuntan Publik Kanel dan Rekan in Tangerang, Banten (BSD - near stasiun rawabuntu). This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing external audit services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning, execution and completion of external audit engagements for a diverse range of clients
• Analyse and evaluate financial data, internal controls, and accounting processes to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare/Review audit reports, working papers, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise with clients to gather information, clarify queries, and ensure a smooth audit process

• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years (SPV/Assistant Manager) and 3 years (Senior) of experience in external auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm
• Fluent in Mandarin is advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a tight deadline
• Located in Tangerang office (BSD) and willing to work overtime and out-of town
