Job summary

AECC is expanding its global footprint and seeking a Senior Student Counsellor to assist students with study abroad applications and paperwork processing. You will guide applicants on country, course, and university choices, and handle all admission steps including visa documentation.

The role requires strong communication and customer-centric skills, and you will stay updated on policy changes across destinations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in international education.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Customer-centric and able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle student walk-ins for study abroad destinations with end-to-end consultancy.
• Assess eligibility and suggest the most suitable country, course and university/college.
• Provide information on admission and visa documentation and requirements.
• Manage admission cases from filing with universities to updating students via regular communication and visa filing.
• Ensure positive outcomes with exceptional client service.
• Stay updated with policy changes for destination countries.
• Follow up with potential students after visits to ensure closure.
• Prepare MIS reports as required by Management.
