Job summary

Bureau Veritas India in Indonesia seeks an experienced engineer for a senior role in offshore facilities projects. The candidate should hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical, Materials, Civil, Structural or Subsea Engineering and bring a strong construction engineering background with yard leadership experience.

The role requires at least 8 years of supervisory experience in upstream oil and gas facilities, familiarity with ITR-A/ITR-B/PTW, and ability to review complex structural designs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Materials, Civil, Structural or Subsea Engineering from a university.
• Minimum 10 years in production ORF facility construction and installation with strong construction engineering background and demonstrable yard leadership skills.
• At least 8 years supervisory experience in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.
• Experience with ITR-A, ITR-B, and PTW (HOT / COLD).
• Experience to review and check the project engineering documents including structural design studies, calculations and drawings.
• Experience in lifting, rigging, and installation of offshore equipment.
• Experience with ASCE, AWS, API, DNV, SNI and other relevant standards.
