Responsibilities

• Able to achieve rental and sales target amounts based on company targets.
• Able to find customers who need to rent heavy equipment and offer the products to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to identify prospective customers for sales and rental heavy equipment through knowledge of the construction segment.
• Able to attend weekly meetings with top management and create weekly sales and rental reports comparing planning and actual figures.
• Able to create rental quotations for customers and follow up on payments from customers.
• Able to create repair machines quotations for customers and follow up on payments from customers.
• Able to create sales quotations for customers and follow up on payments from customers.
• Able to visit customer sites to monitor rental units during the rental period.
• Able to follow up on delivery and return of rental units to and from customers.
• Able to handle customer complaints and coordinate with factory departments regarding unit or operator problems.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any major from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing for rental heavy equipment.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license.
• Ability to communicate and write emails in English at a business level.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Quick response, high motivation, open‑minded, honest, hardworking, responsible, initiative, and integrity.
