About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Staff Purchasing to join our team, located in Bekasi Regency, West Java. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing, procurement and inventory processes within our manufacturing operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead active vendor sourcing to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Understand inventory control and use excel software effectively.
• Communicate with foreign suppliers and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to fulfill operational and procurement needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Purchasing KPIs and evaluate supplier performance.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior purchasing or procurement role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, purchasing best practices and inventory control.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills to achieve favourable outcomes.
